Ingredients:

Simplified Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  2. Add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Salt, Tumeric, Red Chilli Powder.
  3. Mix well and marinade for one hour.
  4. Then add 1 Egg, Cumin Powder, Corriander Powder, Garam Masala, 1 tbs All purpose flour.
  5. Mix these Ingredients to marinade chicken.
  6. Add some oil do the pan and fry the chicken.
  7. Then add a pinch of Soy alternative, Ketchup, partially fried Green Chillies, Curry Leaves to the chicken.
  8. A pinch of Lemon Juice.
  9. Enjoy.
