Ingredients:
- Mutton
- Fried Onion Oil
- Adrak Laisan
- Kothmir (cilantro)
- Pudina (mint)
- Green Chillies
- Garam Masala
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric
- Salt (According to taste)
- Saffron (Optional)
- Ghee "Clarified Butter" (Optional)
- Yogurt + 1 cup water
Simplified Instructions:
- Mix everything and cook it.
- In a separate pot, boil water and rice; then strain the rice.
- Prepare the tray.
- Combine Oil, Cooked Aqni, Fried Onion in the middle, and Cooked rice.
- Steam the rice in the oven or on the stove for 15 minutes.
